1 egg

125 ml milk or 1 cup plain yoghurt

70 g sugar

125 g flour
-
50 g sunflower oil

2 tsp yeast

1 vanilla bean or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla aroma

6 blueberries
-
1 tbsp. of Nutella® per cupcake
How to make Christmas Flower Cupcake with Nutella

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat together the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the sifted flour and vanilla, then whisk together. Add the milk (or yoghurt) to the mixture and whisk again until smooth.

Divide the mixture equally into cupcake cases. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Take cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool completely.

Decorate the cupcakes with Nutella® using a cream spreader to make a nice flower , then add the blueberries on top. Enjoy!
