INGREDIENTS FOR 8 SERVINGS

4 eggs

55ml full cream milk (alternatively: low fat milk powder)

45 ml cooking oil

60 gr flour

1 tablespoon lemon juice

50 gr sugar

Brown food colouring

120 gr Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Make the egg yolk batter. Mix 4 egg yolks, oil, milk, and flour. Stir until well combined.Make the egg white batter. Using a mixer, beat 4 egg whites and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until frothy. Gradually add 50 grams of sugar while beating until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolk batter with the egg white batter and mix until well combined.

Transfer a small amount of the batter to a separate bowl. Add brown food coloring and mix until evenly colored. Using this batter, create polka dot patterns on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 1 minute at 160 degrees Celsius. Pour the remaining batter into the pan and tap it lightly to spread it evenly. -
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160-170 degrees Celsius.
Spread an adequate amount of Nutella® on the cake and roll it tightly.
