Dadar Gulung with Nutella®
Start your delicious day with our dadar gulung! The soft pandan crepes complete with the hazelnut spread of Nutella®. A perfect combination to enjoy with family and friends.
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

2 eggs

250 g wheat flour

750 ml thick coconut milk

¼ tsp salt

50 ml suji pandan water

margarine for spreading
-
90gr Nutella® for 6 portions
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Mix the beaten eggs into the flour. Add 1/2 coconut milk, add salt then stir until evenly mixed. Add the rest of coconut milk, stir and add suji pandan water, still it all together until it's even.

Smear Margarine and make a thin omelette by placing a spoonful of the mixture onto a hot frying pan. Then shake the mixture so that the mixture covers the bottom of the pan evenly, let it cook, then remove from heat. Do this until the dough runs out.

Cool the rolled dadar gulung to room temperature and pipe out 15g Nutella® into 1 Dadar Gulung. Then fold both sides until it forms a rectangle. Pipe out Nutella® per portion and serve.
