Kue Pukis with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

300 gr wheat flour

160 gr granulated sugar

2 whole eggs

1 ts Instant Yeast

Fine Salt
-
1000ml coconut milk
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
Oil to spread

90gr Nutella® as topping for 6 portions
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Combine flour, sugar, salt and instant yeast in a container, and stir until evenly mixed.
Prepare a separate container to beat the eggs and coconut milk until it's evenly mixed, then pour into the container containing the flour mixture, then stir it until evenly mixed and let it stay for 30 minutes. -
While waiting for the dough to rise, heat a mold that has been smeared with cooking oil using medium heat, then pour about ¾ of the dough that has risen into the mold.

Once the mixture is cooked, lift it and transfer it to a plate then wait until the pukis cake cools to room temperature.
When the pukis cake has cooled, pipe out 15g of Nutella® on top per 1 piece of pukis cake as a topping and the cake is ready to serve.
