Kue Selimut Kacang with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 20 SERVINGS

240 gr butter

160 gr refined sugar (80 gr for reduced sugar alternative)

1 egg yolk

280 gr flour
-
40 gr cornstarch
-
1/4 tsp salt

300 gr chopped peanuts that have been roasted

200 gr Nutella®
-
Egg white as needed
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Combine the butter, eggs, powdered sugar, flour, salt and cornstarch in a container, then stir evenly until it forms like dough and shape the dough into a ball. When the dough is formed, prepare the egg whites which have been beaten evenly until they have a liquidy texture, and make sure the foam disappears until it is clear. Then, put the mixture into the egg whites and drain.

Prepare roasted peanuts, to spread them into the dough evenly then, press the middle of the dough.

Bake the cake in the oven at 150 degrees for approximately 1 hour until the cake is cooked. Remove and cool the cake at room temperature, then pipe out 15gr Nutella® over each cake.
