Kue Selimut Kacang with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 20 SERVINGS

  • 240 gr butter​

  • 160 gr refined sugar (80 gr for reduced sugar alternative)​

  • 1 egg yolk​

  • 280 gr flour​

  • 40 gr cornstarch​

  • 1/4 tsp salt​

  • 300 gr chopped peanuts that have been roasted​

  • 200 gr Nutella​®

  • Egg white as needed

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

    Combine the butter, eggs, powdered sugar, flour, salt and cornstarch in a container, then stir evenly until it forms like dough and shape the dough into a ball.​ When the dough is formed, prepare the egg whites which have been beaten evenly until they have a liquidy texture, and make sure the foam disappears until it is clear. Then, put the mixture into the egg whites and drain.​

    Prepare roasted peanuts, to spread them into the dough evenly then, press the middle of the dough.​

    Bake the cake in the oven at 150 degrees for approximately 1 hour until the cake is cooked.​ Remove and cool the cake at room temperature, then pipe out 15gr Nutella® over each cake.​
