Soes Kering with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 20 SERVINGS

100 grams margarine

200 ml water

1/2 tsp fine salt

1/2 tsp granulated sugar

150 grams of high protein wheat flour

3 eggs
-
200gr Nutella®

1/2 tsp baking powder
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

In a pan, combine the margarine, water, salt, and sugar. Stir the mixture continuously and bring it to a boil. Then turn off the stove and add the flour while stirring until smooth.
Turn on a small fire and stir again. Once the dough is smooth, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. -
Add the eggs and baking powder into the cooled mixture using a mixer until mixed evenly. Then put the mixture into a piping bag and spray it onto a baking sheet that has been gradually smeared with margarine.

Put the pan containing the mixture into the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake for 30 minutes until browned at 180 degrees, make sure there is no foam left.
Remove and cool to room temperature. Then, pierce the eclairs with a toothpick to pipe in 15g Nutella® until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight jar, and the eclair is ready to be served.
