Al-Mukhanfar with Nutella®

Al-mukhanfar à la semoule au Nutella®

INGREDIENTSFor 10 Persons

  • 375g fine semolina

  • 125g flour

  • 500ml milk

  • 300ml warm water

  • 1 egg

  • 5g bread yeast

  • 15g baking powder

  • 5g salt

  • 10g sugar

  • 150g Nutella® (15g per serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave it to ferment for 20 minutes.

  2. Prepare a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. Grease the pan with a little oil, then pour the mixture using a medium ladle, and let it cook until it turns golden, then flip it over to cook on the other side.

  4. After cooking, spread 15 grams of Nutella® on each unit and serve.

  5. Enjoy!
