300g Water

120g Butter
-
7.5g Salt
-
180g Flour
-
120g Eggs
-
150g of Nutella® (15g per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Boil the water, salt, sugar and butter.

Add the previously sifted flour and scald the dough for a few minutes.

Place in the mixer and incorporate the eggs at regular intervals when the dough get cold.

Use a french star nozzel to pip the churros in the hot oil at 160°C
-
Coated the churros with sugar and cinnamon.

Use filler piping nozelle to fill the churros with 15g of Nutella® and serve it. Enjoy!
