25g quick oats

4g chia seeds

120ml milk

60g mango cubes

15g Nutella®

METHOD

Mix the oats and chia seeds with the milk in a jar.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Add mango cubes and Nutella® on top and serve.
