Pavlova Muesli Cups

This delicious take on an iconic recipe can be used with either home made or store bought meringues.

Pavlova Muesli Cups

INGREDIENTS for 4 portions

  • 2 kiwifruit, diced

  • 4 passionfruit

  • 1 x 250g punnet strawberries, hulled, diced

  • 200g good quality, store-bought muesli

  • 200g reduced-fat vanilla Greek yoghurt

  • 3 small, store-bought meringues

  • 15g (1 tbsp) Nutella® per portion, to serve

EQUIPMENT
  • 4 Serving glasses

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

METHOD

  1. Gently toss kiwifruit, passionfruit pulp and strawberries.

  2. Divide 1/3 of the muesli between 4 serving glasses. Top with a tablespoon of yoghurt and 1/3 the fruit mixture. Crush one meringue between the four glasses. Repeat layers twice then drizzle each cup with 15g (1 tbsp) Nutella®, to serve.

  3. Enjoy!
