Darabeel Pudding with Nutella®
The Darabeel Pudding is a biscuit and custard delight topped with fruits or syrup and now… Nutella!

15 Darabeel Biscuits

1/4 Cup Custard powder

2 1/2 Cups Milk

2 Tablespoons Caster sugar

2 Cups Whipping cream

Fresh fruit for decoration

1/2 Cup Crushed Pistachios

120g Nutella (15g per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
Method

STEP 1
In a saucepan combine the custard powder, milk and sugar.

Heat until custard thickens, remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a stand mixer or using a hand blender whisk the whipping cream to stiff peaks.

Layer individual dessert pots with custard, crushed darabeel biscuits and whipping cream, repeat layering.

Decorate and top with a final layer of Nutella, fresh fruit of your choice and crushed pistachios.
