Holiday Flower Cupcake with Nutella®

1 egg

1/2 cup milk or 1 cup plain yogurt

1/3 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup flour

3 1/2 tbsp. sunflower oil

2 tsp. yeast

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

6 blueberries
-
1 tbsp. of Nutella® per cupcake
How to make Holiday Flower Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Beat together the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the sifted flour and vanilla extract, then whisk together. Add the milk (or yogurt) to the mixture and whisk again until smooth.

Divide the mixture equally into cupcake cups. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Take cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool completely.

Decorate the cupcakes with Nutella®using a spreader or make a nice flower, then add the blueberries on top. Enjoy!
