How to make Nutella® and Pampas™ Puff Pastry Snowmen
-
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Thaw 2 sheets of Pampas™ puff pastry whilst you line two large baking tray with baking paper.
-
Using a 4cm round biscuit or cookie cutter cut 8 circles into the puff pastry, then using a 7cm round biscuit cutter, cut 8 circles. Lay your larger circles in a line on a large baking tray and then lie your smaller circles above to create the head, gently press to join your circles. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.
-
Once baked, set aside to cool on a wire rack. Once completely cooled, spread Nutella in a circle on each of the pastry circles using the back of a small teaspoon. Each snowman should have 15g of Nutella.
-
Once your snowman is covered in Nutella, it is time to decorate. Start by adding the sweet strap scarf (we recommend cutting these slightly thinner) and silver and/or gold buttons first, then add two goggle eyes, and a red or orange jelly tot for the nose.
