Pampas™ Gingerbread Men & Star Puff Pastries for Nutella® Fondue

INGREDIENTS Makes 12 Gingerbread Men & 12 Stars. Serves 8 people (3 shapes each per serve)

  • 2 sheets Pampas™ puff pastry

  • 120g Nutella® (5g per shape)

  • 2 tsp of CSR® Soft Icing Mixture

How to make Pampas™ Gingerbread Men & Star Puff Pastries for Nutella® Fondue

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Thaw 2 sheets of Pampas™ puff pastry whilst you line two large baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Using a small gingerbread cookie cutter, cut out 24 gingerbread men from one pastry sheet. Repeat using your small star cutter on the other pastry sheet. Lay your shapes on the baking paper and back for 15 to 20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden

  3. Once your puff pastry has cooled, spread a thin layer of Nutella on to the top of one gingerbread man, then place another gingerbread man on top to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining gingerbread men and stars.

  4. Optional - sprinkle CSR® Soft Icing Mixture to serve with a small bowl of Nutella to dip your gingerbread men & stars into
