Yogurt pancakes with bananas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup of plain yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of fine baking sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 4 bananas

  • Nutella® (15 g per 1 serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Put the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar into a large bowl. Add whisked eggs, yogurt and mix gently. 

  2. On a heated, dry pan form pancakes with a spoon and fry them over medium heat until golden on both sides. 

  3. Spread Nutella® on the pancake and cover it with another pancake with Nutella®   and on them, in the same way arrange the next pancakes, creating individual portions. Leave the last pancake without the cream but place a few sliced banana pieces on it.
