Barley Harsha with Nutella®
INGREDIENTS For 10 Persons

500g of barley

200g fine semolina
-
8g salt
-
10g bread yeast
-
8g sugar
-
20g olive oil
-
300 hot water
-
5g of thyme
-
150g Nutella® (15g per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

In a bowl, put the barley, salt, sugar, olive oil, and thyme then add hot water and leave it until all the water is absorbed for a few minutes.

Add the yeast mixed with semolina gradually, mixing until the mixture comes together.

Sprinkle the barley on the work table, take an 8 cm ring, then put a little of the mixture and press, then sprinkle a little barley on top of it.

Continue in the same way with the rest of the mixture.

Put the hararshas in a frying pan to cook on both sides.

After cooking, open the harsha and spread 15 grams of Nutella® on each unit and serve.
