Barley Harsha with Nutella®

Harsha d'orge au Nutella®

INGREDIENTSFor 10 Persons

  • 500g of barley

  • 200g fine semolina

  • 8g salt

  • 10g bread yeast

  • 8g sugar

  • 20g olive oil

  • 300 hot water

  • 5g of thyme

  • 150g Nutella® (15g per serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, put the barley, salt, sugar, olive oil, and thyme then add hot water and leave it until all the water is absorbed for a few minutes.

  2. Add the yeast mixed with semolina gradually, mixing until the mixture comes together.

  3. Sprinkle the barley on the work table, take an 8 cm ring, then put a little of the mixture and press, then sprinkle a little barley on top of it.

  4. Continue in the same way with the rest of the mixture.

  5. Put the hararshas in a frying pan to cook on both sides.

  6. After cooking, open the harsha and spread 15 grams of Nutella® on each unit and serve.

  7. Enjoy!
