Moroccan Beignets with Nutella®
INGREDIENTS FOR 10 Persons

250g flour

30g sugar
-
8g bread yeast

60g vegetable oil
-
125g milk
-
2 eggs
-
5g salt
-
1/2 lemon zest
-
150g of Nutella® (15g per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

In a bowl, put the eggs, sugar, yeast, oil, milk, and grated lemon. Mix the ingredients well.

Gradually add flour to the mixture, continuing to stir, then add salt, and continue stirring until the dough becomes homogeneous and soft.

Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place until it ferments for half an hour.

Cut the dough into small balls, then shape them into medium rings, and leave them again to ferment and rest for a few minutes.

Put the oil in a deep frying pan on the fire, and wait until the oil heats up and place the Beignets rings in it. When the rings become golden, remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.

After draining the oil, place them in a bowl of sugar until they are completely covered, then fill each one with 15 grams of Nutella® and serve. Enjoy!
