Raziza with Nutella®

Rziza au Nutella®

INGREDIENTSFOR 10 Persons

  • 800g Flour

  • 200g semolina

  • A pinch of salt

  • A tablespoon of sugar

  • A tablespoon of baking powder

  • 600g Warm water for Kneading

  • 150g Nutella® (15g per serving)

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Put the flour, semolina, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl, then knead with warm water until you get a soft dough, Cover it and leave it to rest for half an hour.

  2. Make small balls of dough, then brush them with a little oil and place them on a tray to rest for a few minutes.

  3. Take a ball of dough and spread it on the work table using oil until it becomes thin.

  4. Take a pizza cutter and cut the dough into thin lines, then gather it from the sides and shape it into a twisted shape, then leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

  5. We take a frying pan, spray it with a little oil, put the dough in, and keep turning it until it cooks with a golden color.

  6. Spread the Raziza with 15g of Nutella® and serve.

  7. Enjoy!
