Raziza with Nutella®
INGREDIENTS FOR 10 Persons

800g Flour

200g semolina
-
A pinch of salt

A tablespoon of sugar

A tablespoon of baking powder

600g Warm water for Kneading

150g Nutella® (15g per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Put the flour, semolina, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl, then knead with warm water until you get a soft dough, Cover it and leave it to rest for half an hour.

Make small balls of dough, then brush them with a little oil and place them on a tray to rest for a few minutes.

Take a ball of dough and spread it on the work table using oil until it becomes thin.

Take a pizza cutter and cut the dough into thin lines, then gather it from the sides and shape it into a twisted shape, then leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

We take a frying pan, spray it with a little oil, put the dough in, and keep turning it until it cooks with a golden color.

Spread the Raziza with 15g of Nutella® and serve.
