Christmas Flower Cupcake by Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 SERVINGS

1 egg

125ml milk or 1 cup plain yoghurt

70g sugar

125g flour
-
50g sunflower oil

2 tsp yeast

1 vanilla bean or 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

6 blueberries
-
90g Nutella - 1 heaped tsp. of Nutella® (15g) per cupcake
HOW TO MAKE CHRISTMAS FLOWER CUPCAKE

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat together the egg and sugar until smooth. Add the sifted flour and vanilla, then whisk together. Add the milk (or yoghurt) to the mixture and whisk again until smooth.

Divide the mixture equally into cupcake cases. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.

Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool completely.

Decorate each cupcake with 15g Nutella® using a spreader to make a nice flower, then add the blueberries on top. Enjoy!
