Om Ali with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS for2-3 persons

2 croissant (about 50g each)

400ml low fat milk

30g sugar (2 tablespoons)

30g Nutella®
-
1 teaspoon chopped pistachios

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Slice the croissant and arrange in a 20cm round oven-proof pie dish or similar.

Mix the milk and the sugar in a small pan, and heat on the stove until just warm and sugar is dissolved.

Pour the warm milk and sugar mixture over the sliced croissant. Use a fork to gently press the croissant to make sure all slices are well soaked in the milk.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 minutes until Om Ali has thickened together and edges have taken a light golden color. Take out of the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Use a table knife to create slits in the warm Om Ali, then use another knife to carefully drizzle 30g Nutella® on the slits creating thin lines.

Garnish with pistachios and serve warm. Best served next to seasonal fresh fruits.
