Nutella® Layali Lebnan

INGREDIENTS for 6 portions

  • 1 heaped tsp of Nutella® (15g) per portion

  • 1 Litre milk

  • 75 g of sugar

  • 5 g of rose water

  • 125 g of fine semolina

  • 1 cup kashta cream

METHOD

    In a large pot, add the milk, semolina, sugar, stir until mixture thickens. Add the rose water and mix.

    Remove from heat and pour the mixture in cups.

    Once the pudding has rested and cooled down, top each portion with 15g of Nutella® and serve immediately.
