Nutella® breakfast bruschetta with summer berries

INGREDIENTS for 1 portion

2 x 25g slices of dark seeded sourdough

30g reduced fat (40% less fat) /light soft cream cheese

30g fresh strawberries, sliced

25g fresh raspberries
-
15g fresh blueberries
-
15g chopped toasted hazelnuts
-
15g Nutella® (one heaped teaspoon)
-
A few edible violas (optional)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
METHOD

Lightly toast the bread, allow to cool slightly.

Spread each toast with the cream cheese

Arrange the strawberries on top, with the raspberries, blueberries, cut some of the raspberries and blueberries in half, scatter on hazelnuts

Drizzle over the Nutella® and garnish with the edible flowers, if using.
