Fluffy pancakes by Nutella®

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 SERVINGS, 1 PANCAKE PER SERVING)

6 eggs

75g sugar

20ml milk

80g flour

20g starch

A pinch of baking powder

A pinch of salt

250g strawberries

1 banana

60g Nutella® (15g/ one heaped teaspoon per serving)
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION:

Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Place the egg whites in a large bowl and beat them with an electric mixer, gradually adding the sugar until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, briefly whisk the egg yolks to combine them, then slowly sift in and fold in the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the beaten egg whites, gently folding them in a little at a time, to maintain an airy texture.

Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stove and lightly grease it. Once thoroughly heated, add a ladle of batter to the pan. Along the sides of the pan, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water, making sure it doesn't touch the pancakes, and immediately cover them with a lid.

Cook the pancakes at a low temperature for 5 minutes, then turn them with a spatula. Add a little more water, close the lid, and cook for another 5 minutes. When ready, spread one heaped teaspoon (15g) of Nutella® on top of each pancake and decorate with fresh fruit. Serve and enjoy!
