Holiday Mini Puff Pastry Tree with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS

  • 1 package (or 275 g) puff pastry

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 2 tbsp. milk

  • 1 tbsp. of Nutella® per puff pastry tree

  • pomegranate seeds for decoration

How to make Nutella® Mini Puff Pastry Tree

  1. step-1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Roll out the ready-made puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper. Cut it with a small and a larger tree-shaped cookie cutter.

  2. step-2

    Mix together the egg yolk and milk until completely combined, then brush the mixture onto the top of the trees.

  3. step-3

    Bake the Christmas trees for about 12-15 minutes, then let them cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, spread the delicious Nutella® onto half of the Christmas trees.

  4. step-4

    Now stack the Christmas trees, sandwiching the Nutella®between them. Decorate with Nutella® and pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
