INGREDIENTS for 15 portions

2 Cups Krusteaz® Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/4 Cup Cocoa powder

2 Tablespoons Granulated sugar

1 3/4 Cup Cold water

1/4 Cup Hazelnuts Chopped

1 Cup Heavy whipping cream chilled

2 Tablespoons Granulated sugar

1/4 Cup Hazelnuts Chopped

7.5 Tablespoons Nutella® Hazelnut Spread
To prepare this delicious recipe, 1 tbsp of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
HOW TO MAKE KRUSTEAZ® CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PANCAKES

Heat your pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Then lightly grease griddle with a bit of butter or oil of choice.

In a medium bowl, stir the Krusteaz® buttermilk pancake mix, cocoa powder and granulated sugar until combined.

Add water and mix until just combined. Do not over-mix so it goes too watery.

Slowly fold in the chopped hazelnuts. After this, let the batter stand for 2 minutes.

Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto your griddle. Cook 1 – 1 ½ minutes per side, turning only once until they begin to resemble the pancake pictured.

Using an electric mixer with a whip attachment or a normal whisk, beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Serve your pancakes topped with the whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts and drizzle with 1/2 a Tablespoon of Nutella® Hazelnut Spread.
