Idli with Nutella®

210g Urad Dal

400g Rice
-
5g Oil

180g Cup water
-
3g Salt
-
75g Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Rinse Rice and Urad Dal a couple of times with water and soak separately for 4 to 5 hrs.

Grind the Urad dal with some water to a fluffy batter, grind Rice coarsely to a semolina texture.

Mix both the batters together and let them ferment for 8-10 hrs and add salt once ready.

Grease Idli cups with oil and pour the batter. Steam for 12-15 mins.

Slice the Idli to spread Nutella® 7.5g. Relish while still warm with some hot milk or fruit juice.
