INGREDIENTS 10 Neer Dosa (2 per portion)

200g Rice

25g Grated Coconut

240 + 360g Water

3g Salt
-
5g Oil
-
3 Bananas

3g Cinnamon powder

75g Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Wash rice and soak overnight for 5-6 hrs, then transfer to grinder, add coconut and blend to a smooth batter by adding 240g water

Transfer to a vessel and add more 360g water to bring to a thin consistency. Add salt as per taste

Heat pan. Drizzle few drops of oil. Once the pan is hot take a ladle full of batter and pour on the pan all over starting from the edge of the pan.

Cover the pan and cook for 2 mins

Spread Nutella® 7.5g, add sliced banana and sprinkle very little cinnamon powder and fold the Neer dosa. Serve hot!
