160g flour

90g water

3g oil

4g Salt

120g Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Make a dough with all the above ingredients and let it rest for 45 mins

Divide into 16 equal portions

Make a ball and roll it out into thin disc approx. 4-5 inch diameter and 2mm thick

Add 7.5g Nutella® in the centre and fold the edge to form a momo.

Steam for 7-8 mins and serve hot
