Momo with Nutella®

INGREDIENTS 16 Momo’s (2 momo’s per portion)

  • 160g flour

  • 90g water

  • 3g oil

  • 4g Salt

  • 120g Nutella®

To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!

PREPARATION

  1. Make a dough with all the above ingredients and let it rest for 45 mins

  2. Divide into 16 equal portions

  3. Make a ball and roll it out into thin disc approx. 4-5 inch diameter and 2mm thick

  4. Add 7.5g Nutella® in the centre and fold the edge to form a momo.

  5. Steam for 7-8 mins and serve hot
