360g Whole wheat flour

5g Sugar

2g Salt

7g Instant dry yeast

5g Oil

180g Water
-
45g Wheat Bran
-
75g Nutella®
To prepare this delicious recipe, 15g of Nutella® per person is enough to enjoy!
PREPARATION

Activate the yeast with sugar and 50g water, mix all the ingredients together except wheat bran and make a soft dough. Set aside covered for an hour.

Divide dough into 70g portions

Dip in wheat bran and roll into 5 inch circles

Place on baking sheet and bake at 220⁰ C for 10-12 mins

Pipe Nutella® 15g through a nozzle into the Poe. Bon Appetit !
