Basbousa
INGREDIENTS for 6-8 portions

150g semolina

75g sugar
-
2 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/8 tsp salt

3 eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla

150g yogurt
-
40g unsalted butter
-
300g Nutella®
-
For decoration:

Coco powder
Avec cette délicieuse recette, il suffit de 15 g de Nutella® par personne pour se régaler !
METHOD

Mix the semolina, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, eggs, vanilla and yogurt together in a bowl.

Melt butter in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.

Add the melted butter to the semolina mixture and mix well to combine.

Grease 2 baking dishes with butter. Pour a quarter of the basbousa dough inside the dish and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Add Nutella® on top of the first layer and then add the second layer on top of the Nutella®.

Wait until cold then decorate with Nutella®, pistachio and almond.
